In order to confirm this hypothesis, it is necessary to conduct a large-scale and thorough study of the level and activity of PV in groups of people infected with SARS-CoV-2, who have a mild or severe course of infection. Recent data have shown that PV is significantly increased in patients with severe COVID-19, who are on artificial lung ventilation or have thromboembolic complications. The attention of researchers from all over the world is now beginning to focus on PV, its role in COVID19 and new treatment regimens that will take into account the individual characteristics of the human body associated with the Willebrand factor. Periodontal is the organ that transforms the clinical picture of early manifestations of vascular disorders. For the study, the simplified hygiene Index (UIG) Greene, Wermillion, CPITN index, PMA index, determination of the numerical value of the Schiller-Pisarev sample (Svrakov iodine number), the Mulleman bleeding index were used. The prevalence and intensity of caries and the condition of the COPD were also studied.
