Preventing the development and improving the effectiveness of the inflammatory complications treatment after dental surgery procedures are main priorities of current dentistry, which will reduce the incidence rate, as well as the rehabilitation time. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Alvanes-sponge” alveolar compress with chlorhexidine and metronidazole for the prevention of inflammatory complications after dental surgery procedures. When using the “Alvanes-sponge” alveolar compress with chlorhexidine and metronidazole, there is an increase in the efficiency of wound healing, the blood clot formation, pain relief, and the absence of relapse was observed.
