The material for the study was 90 medically extracted molars with root canal curvature from 3 ° to 45 °, the machining procedures of the channels on which were performed by various tool file manufacturing systems: HyFlex EDM (group No. 1); ProTaper Next (Group # 2); Mtwo (band # 3). Clinical groups of patients are formed in a similar way, consistent with those used in the treatment of tool files. It has been found that mechanical processing of root canals shows a diagnostic study of the initial anatomical situation and at the level of root canal angulation of 30 ° or more, combined use of austenitic and martensitic instruments in the apical region is shown.
