The issues of forming phobias of patients and doctors on dental reception are considered. It is emphasized that the establishment of contact with the patient is an important point in the professional activity of a dentist's doctor. It is necessary that the dentist before starting treatment asked the patient about his condition, care for care. The doctor should complement his professional skills to a humane attitude towards the patient. Most phobias, especially young doctors, are associated with a small amount of professional experience. As the skills and advanced training increases, the confidence of the doctor on dental reception increases.
