The nature of the child's nutrition, the duration of use of the teat bottle, pacifiers, and the peculiarities of environmental living conditions were assessed. The most common form of early caries has been found to be "bottle caries." At the same time, the canines and second molars of the upper and lower jaws are less affected than the first molars due to a later eruption. The percentage of affected first molars was 57%, while the second milk molars was 24%. It is noted that the front teeth of the lower jaw are not affected. A significant contribution belongs to sugars burned in crumbs for artificial feeding. When breastfed, lactose contained in the mother's milk has cariogenic properties, which is associated with its cleavage in the oral cavity by saliva enzymes. A detailed study of the contribution of possible etiological factors to the development of dental abnormalities in the pre- and postnatal periods is critical for the development of preventive measures for each category of pediatric patients.pre- and postnatal periodearly caries"bottle caries" preventive measuresпре- и постнатальный периодранний кариес«бутылочный кариес»профилактические мероприятия[Бородина, К.
