Revealed non-compliance with WHO indicators for proper prescription of drugs, a high level of polypharmacy of drugs of non-specific pharmacotherapy, against the background of etiotropic treatment with 4-5 antituberculosis drugs. The findings indicate low adherence to the clinical guidelines for organizing tuberculosis control in the Kyrgyz Republic and WHO recommendations for the prevention and treatment of isoniazid-induced hepatitis, the dosage regimen and the route of administration for pyridoxine hydrochloride. In actual clinical practice, a significant portion of tuberculosis patients receive non-targeted therapeutic drugs with unproven efficacy, which have no indication for use for this category of patients.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>rational use of drugs</kwd><kwd>pathogenetic and symptomatic drugs</kwd><kwd>anti-tuberculosis drugs</kwd><kwd>WHO indicators</kwd><kwd>evidence-based medicine</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>впервые выявленный туберкулез легких</kwd><kwd>рациональное использование лекарственных средств</kwd><kwd>лекарственные средства патогенетической и симптоматической терапии</kwd><kwd>противотуберкулезные препараты</kwd><kwd>индикаторы ВОЗ</kwd><kwd>доказательная медицина</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Доклад о глобальной борьбе с туберкулезом.
