IMMUNOLOGIC PROFILE AND CLINICAL VALUE OF THE APOPTOSIS OF IMMUNOCOMPETENT CELLS AT NEWBORNS WITH THE SERIOUS ASPHYXIA

Abstract

The estimation of an apoptosis of immune cells and condition of cellular and humoral links of immune system at newborns transferred a serious asphyxia was spent. 47 full-term newborns for 1-2 days and for 4-5 days are surveyed. By results of a frequency analysis установленно, that children who have transferred a serious asphyxia, have raised indicators CD4, CD8, Cd95-apoptoza and lowered indicators CD19, CD56, ИАН at a birth in peripheric blood. In early neonatal adaptation, for 4-5 days had raised indicators CD3, CD4, Cd95-apoptoza, НСТ a MOF, and lowered indicators CD19, CD56, IgA, IgM, ИАН, that testifies to failure of adaptatsionno-COMPENSATORY mechanisms of an organism and leads to depression of its protective function.
