Abstract
Are investigated histories of illnesses of 62 patients with malignant Cancer kidneys. It is established, that at assignment Interferon alfa2a after radical removal of a tumour the observable clinical effect at a part of patients was positive (48 person), at other part progressing tumoral process (14 person) was observed.
Such ambiguity of reaction can be connected to the certain initial level of parameters of cellular immunity.
