Abstract

Investigation include 170 women at the age of 17 to 41 years (average - 26,4±0,7). They were allocated in four groups with different types of thyroid disfunction. First group consists of 31 women with subclinical hypothyroidism, which was revealed during this pregnancy. Second group includes 37 women with autoimmune thyroiditis. Third group is presented by 52 women with already diagnosed hypothyroidism, receiving medical treatment. Fourth group includes 50 women without thyroid disorders. Women from first and third group have worse pregnancy outcomes, statistically more miscarriage, cesarean operation cases. In the first group labors were complicated by early rupture of amniotic fluid sac, premature placental separation, dyscoordinated labor activity, powerless labor, hypotonic bleeding more often than in others groups. The problem of early diagnosis and timely treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism call forth the investigation of desease specific procedures for prescribing substitutive therapy.
