Abstract

At children with an acute pneumonia in blood rising of quantity of polymorphonuclear leucocytes, their functional activity and readiness for an apoptosis, activation of inflammatory reaction is observed. Treatment under the traditional scheme is insufficiently effective correct the taped disturbances. Inhalation application derinat renders expressed immunomodulation effects on neutrophil a link of anti-infectious protection, cytokines balance and to lesser degree correct indicators of the humoral immune answer and components of system of a complement.
