Abstract
It is developed and introduced slanting about rectal pass - инвазивный access to a dome of a blind gut at sharp appenines. Indications for use of mini-access are determined. The technics of performance of operation is described. Advantages and lacks of the offered access are revealed. The anatomic and clinical substantiation of mini-access to a dome of a blind gut is given. Results of рентгено-contrast research of intestines at the patients who are taking place on treatment concerning diseases not connected with sharp appenines are submitted. Mini-access is applied at 185 patients to whom at receipt the diagnosis « sharp appenines » has been put. Women - 144 (77,84 %), men - 41 (22,16 %). Middle age - 25,2 years.
