Abstract

It is investigated conditions of a vascular wall, system a hemostasis and the immune status at patients after various operations on a spleen in the remote postoperative period. It is established, that the best results are revealed after operative interventions keeping a spleen, unsatisfactory results are received in group of patients after removal of a spleen.
