Abstract
Current of the nearest postoperative period at 117 patients after scheduled removals of a spleen concerning various diseases is investigated. It is revealed, current of the nearest postoperative period depends not on preoperative preparation, and from the basic disease so the greatest amount of complications is revealed at patients after complications - 96 % are marked in group of patients subjected to operative intervention concerning a malignant cancer of blood. Some features of current of the remote postoperative period are revealed.
