Abstract
The broad clinical application of electroacvivated water solutions (EAS) practically in all fields of medicine-otorhinolaryngology, surgery, gastroenterology- is the cause of our investigation. This research work devoted to the pharmacological effects of EAS ant their influences on the blood coagulation.
The most significant influence EAS shown on the last stage of blood coagulation due to increasing of the coagulating activity of the blood in oral administration. But the common time of coagulation didn't change. The simultaneous combined administration of anolyte and warfarin resulted in decreasing of warfarin' effects (statistically significant). It was estimated that the same regimen of catholyte and warfarin administration abolished anticoagulating effect of warfarin.
