DERMATOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

Enkova V.V., Olina A.A., Dontsova E.V., Khoperskaya O.V.

Abstract

The relevance of studying dermatological manifestations of excess androgens is due to three main factors: the widespread and steady growth of hyperandrogenic conditions, the psychotraumatic effect of reflection in the mirror on the patient, and the potential threat of a serious endocrine disorder, for which external manifestations are only the peak of the iceberg. The research studied dermatological manifestations in pregnant patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, as well as their relationship with indicators of carbohydrate metabolism, micronutrient status, and women's psycho-emotional state. Data analysis showed that the dermatological aspect is a significant cause of psycho-emotional disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. The reasons that lead to such mental disorders are clear: cosmetic manifestations of the disease, excess body weight or obesity, irregular menstrual cycle, infertility, the threat of gestational complications, as well as unpleasant long-term consequences of endocrinopathy. Pregnant patients with normal indicators of metabolism and micronutrient status have a lower frequency and severity of skin manifestations of the disease, as well as low rates of neurotism, anxiety and depressive disorders, which indicates the need for mandatory pregravidar training.

Abbasov A.R., Dimitrenko N.A., Markin D.A., Tyunina O.I., Bayeva Y.S.

Abstract

The thesis discusses the results of physical сulture effect on the parameters of physical performance and external respiration of students. It was found that in the group combining Nordic walking with a swimming pool, there was a statistically significant increase in the indicators of physical performance and maximum oxygen consumption (girls). Combining of the pool activities with Nordic walking contributed to increasing parameters of external respiration (VCL, ERV, IRV) in both boys and girls groups. The revealed features of the respiratory system response to systematic physical activity indicate compensatory mechanisms for involving the body's functional reserves in the recovery process.

WHAT PROMOTES ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE

Moshurova L.V., Ledneva V.S., Glagoleva V.A., Matveeva T.A.

Abstract

The problem of antibiotic resistance (ADB) is gaining momentum worldwide. This applies equally to highly developed and industrialized as well as developing countries. In recent years, ADB has been observed not only in hospital strains, but also among pathogens causing community-acquired infections [1,2,3]. The reasons for the development of resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics are diverse, among them a significant place is occupied by irrationality, the fallacy of the use of drugs. In this regard, in 2001, the document “WHO Global Strategy for the Control of Antibiotic Resistance” was adopted. The article analyzes the validity of the appointment of antibacterial drugs (ABP) in children of the first seven years of life against the background of acute respiratory infections at the outpatient stage in order to identify the causes of ADB formation. The widespread spread of bacteria resistant to ABP should alert not only doctors of all specialties, pharmacologists, but also the population.

FEATURES OF FINGER DERMATOGLYPHICS OF TEST SUBJECTS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF AGGRESSIVENESS

Nechaeva M.S., Kalaev V.N., Kalaeva E.A., Mikhailenko M.E., Moklyakova K.A.

Abstract

The study of dermetoglyphic drawings of fingers was carried out among the test subjects with different levels of aggressiveness. Persoas with higher aggresiveness had a higher crest count on the first, second, third fingers of the right hand, fingers of the left hand. And, as a result, they had a higher total crest count on the right, lett and both hends together than people with low aggressiveness. More aggressive test subjects also had more ulnar loops on their left hand, the total number of ulnar loops radial loops on the left hand than persons with low levels of on the first, fourth, titth on both hands and fewer aggressiveness. A positive correlation of the level of aggressiveness was revea led with the ridge count, the number of radial loops, pockets, double loops. 7 predictors of increased aggressiveness in humans were distinguished: ridge count on 1 and 4 fingers of the left hand, 3 fingers of the right hand, total ridge count on the left, right and both hands, the number of ulnar loops on the left hand. The identifiers will be the crest count on the 4th finger of the right hand, the total crest count on the left, right and both hands, the discriminators will be the crest score on the 1st finger of the left hand, on the 3rd finger of the right hand. Thus, a high crest count and revealed differences in the finger ares, ulnar loops, patterns can be a dermatoglyphic marker of a tendency to aggressive human behaviour.

THE INFLUENCE OF ANTIOXIDANTS ON THE INDUCTION OF MICRONUCLEI IN RATS’ BLOOD ERYTHROCYTES IN CHEMOTHERAPY AND GAMMA IRRADIATING

Nechaeva M.S., Preobrazhenskaya N.S., Gudkov N.Y., Shchedrin D.E.

Abstract

The possibility of indirect evaluation of the activity of means of protection on the reproductive system by means of micronuclear test of rat peripheral blood erythrocytes, which allows preliminary screening studies of pharmacological activity with the least loss has been studied. The goal of research was the comparison of experimental models of ovarian deficiency using a micronuclear test of rat peripheral blood erythrocytes. The result of the studies showed that ovarian deficiency induced by irradiation influences the genetic stability of animals. In the peripheral blood of irradiated animals a higher content of erythrocytes with micronuclei was detected than in the control group of animals that were not exposed to radiation. The modulating effect of antioxidant compositions of complex structure was not observed. We recommend the micronuclear test of peripheral blood as a method of comparing experimental models of rat ovarian deficiency.

CHANGES IN STUDENTS MENTAL PERFORMANCE AS AN INDICATOR OF MENTAL HEALTH

Ponkratova T.V., Pershina A.E., Tunina O.I., Astashchenko A.P., Dorokhov E.V.

Abstract

The article presents an assessment of the mental performance of students of the 2nd year of training, the state of verbal memory in accordance with the vegetative status. The subjects were characterized by a high level of short-term memory (word reproduction was 8-9, which corresponds to the norm). The instability of attention detected in some students is presumably associated with excitement and experience during the response (expressed in the group of "sympathotonics"). In the study group of students, there were no subjects with reduced functional mobility of the nervous system. In our experiment, 88% of the subjects had a high or above average level of mental productivity. The use of the "Landolt Ring" method helped to determine the presence of a high speed of information processing, highlight the multidirectional accuracy of work (with moderate fatigue and its increase), as well as high productivity of mental work in students. These studies can be taken into account when working with a group of full-time students, as well as used in teaching practice by a teacher.
