Gorbachev D.O., Sazonova O.V., Borodina L.M., Gavryushin M.Y., Tupikova D.S., Frolova O.V., Kalinina N.V.

Abstract

According to the results of a comprehensive assessment of the actual nutrition and nutritional status of persons of working age revealed violations of the principles of nutrition: excessive consumption of fats, simple carbohydrates, added salt, violation of the regime and structure of nutrition. The contribution of protein to the caloric content of the diet was 11 %, total carbohydrates-48%, total fat-41%, added sugar-16 %, revealed a high probable risk of insufficient intake of vitamins B2, A, D, C. In workers with low physical activity indicators of nutritional status (BMI, amount of fat mass) according to bioimpedance were significantly higher compared to the group of workers with average physical activity. As a result of the study, risk groups for the development of alimentary-dependent diseases were formed, a program of preventive measures aimed at reducing the influence of alimentary factors on the development of diseases, including those caused by the correction of eating behavior, was proposed.

Goncharova G.A., Skoblina N.A.

Abstract

A comprehensive longitudinal study of 220 Moscow schools students was conducted that allowed to trace their development from Grade 1 to Grade 11. The aim was to determine the interrelations between the physical development indicators and mental health problems of modern schoolchildren during the period of school ontogeny from the standpoint of an integrated approach. For this purpose we developed a rapid test method, based on a comprehensive survey of students, their parents and class teachers. Physical development was assessed by a standardized anthropometric method using standard tools. In case of physical development’ disharmony the number of mental health problems lead to suboptimal brain development increase. Harmonious physical development is a fundamental component for the optimal development of brain structures, their integration and the formation of mental health in general, that influences further socialization of students and further professional self-determination.

Kosobutskaya S.A., Kryuchkova A.V., Panina O.A., Poletaeva I.A., Kondusova Y.V.

Abstract

An analysis of the eating behaviour of the students of the first and fifth courses was carried out in order to identify the existing disorders, in particular the risk of metabolic disorders in mature age. Early detection is a necessary component in the formation of a healthy lifestyle. It has been found that the presence in freshmen of aspects of food behavior related to the risk of positive energy balance: "reaction to food," desire to drink frequently, "emotional overeating" increases the risk of obesity. By analyzing the number of risk factors in first and fifth year students, it can be assumed that freshmen are highly likely to have a risk of developing metabolic disorders at a more mature age. This suggests the need to strengthen healthy lifestyle promotion among junior students.

Minko O.V., Gavryushin M.Y., Sazonova O.V., Borodina L.M.

Abstract

Nutrition of schoolchildren is one of the key areas of responsibility of educational organizations. This study shows the analysis of menu layouts in five schools with in-depth study of some subjects, as well as analyzed the data on the organization of food in these educational institutions, in order to determine the compliance of the data with sanitary standards. It is shown that the nutrition in the studied schools, taking into account the load on the nervous system of schoolchildren, does not correspond to physiological norms. The main indicators for which the discrepancy was revealed - the content of proteins, in particular, animals, fats and quality of carbohydrates. Data analysis of nutrition - namely, the scope, fitted kitchens and cupboards - no violations were found. Food coverage in the institutions studied was lower than in the region, and it was found that buffet products are popular among schoolchildren. Improving the monitoring of school meals is advisable in terms of increasing social subsidies, optimizing menu evaluation. For an objective analysis of school meals it is recommended to take into account the data of anthropometry and individual survey of students about the actual use of food, products, time spent at school, etc.

Solovyev A.A., Dementiev A.A., Lyapkalo A.A., Kluchnikova N.M.

Abstract

Statistical processing was carried out by the method of variance analysis using the software package Statistica 6. Research results: The worst quality of drinking water of a centralized water supply system according to organoleptic indicators was observed in Skopin. The share of samples that do not meet the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 by smell at 20 ° and 60 ° was 43.3% and 59.8%, respectively, and after taste - 54.6% and were of the greatest importance among the municipal formations (p <0.05). Non-compliance of the turbidity of drinking water with hygienic requirements (2.6 EMF) was most often recorded in the cities of Korablino, Skopin and Ryazhsk. Microbiological studies have shown that common coliform bacteria were found in drinking tap water only in the cities of Mikhailov, Ryazhsk and Skopin. On average, the highest level of the general incidence of intestinal infections was recorded among the children's population of Ryazhsk and amounted to 4340.1 ‰. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop a comprehensive program to improve the quality of drinking water of centralized water supply systems in the municipalities of the Ryazan Region, including mitigation measures for the cities of Skopin and Mikhailov.

COMPARATIVE HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS WORKING CONDITIONS OF MEDICAL WORKERS OF STATIONS EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Bolobonkina T.A., Dementiev A.A.

Abstract

Working conditions of medical workers of mobile teams of an emergency medical service are characterized by influence of a complex of the harmful factors negatively influencing health of workers. Measures to modernize health care, conducted in the last decade, have made significant changes in the professional activities of employees of the emergency medical service. The introduction of new regulations for the provision of emergency medical care to increase its quality and accessibility for the population, the increase in medical brigades and the percentage reduction of specialized teams led to the intensification of the labor process and increase the intensity of work of medical staff teams. Despite the improvement in the technical equipment of emergency medical teams with products made of modern materials that facilitate the physical component of the labor process, the severity of their work increased compared to the previous period due to the increase in the load in terms of the mass of the lifted and moved cargo manually when transporting patients on a stretcher. These phenomena are associated primarily with the personnel shortage in the industry and the reduction of positions of nurses mobile teams.

Skrebneva A.V., Vasilyeva M.V., Melikhova E.P.

Abstract

Studying wildlife, scientists, to a greater extent biologists and genetics, came to the conclusion that the period from the birth of an animal to its maturation, depending on the species, ranges from 1/7 to 1/14 of the total life expectancy. Therefore, it is easy to calculate that if a person grows up to an average of 22 years, then his life expectancy should be about 154 years. The paper considers risk factors for premature aging of the human body. The authors of the article, according to official statistics, conducted a comparative analysis of demographic aging indicators between the Voronezh region and the Russian Federation as a whole.
