Issues dealing with personal accentuation definition in patients with ischemic disease of heart both in affective disorders groups and without affective symptomatics are considered in the given article. In ischemic disease regardless of presence or absence of affective disorders disthymic type of personality insignificantly predominated. We also evaluated dependence of accentuation type upon the revealed clinical typology of affective disorders. In patients with anxiety-depressive syndrome manifestations in premobid condition features of pedantry prevailed more often. Depressive condition with prevalence of melancholy more often were developed in persons with prevalence of disthymic demonstrative features in premorbid condition. Adynamic depression was more often met in persons with hypertimic, excitable, anxious features premorbid condition.
