DYNAMIC CHEMILUMINESCENT EXAMINATION OF SALIVA IN MUCOVISCIDOUS CHILDREN

Postnikova I.V., Pashkov A.N., Neretina A.F.

Abstract

Among children with chronic pulmonary pathology, a significant group consists of patients with cystic fibrosis: 6-14% according to various pulmonological clinics (S Yu Kaganov, 1992, AF Neretina, 1994, NI Kapranov, 1995). Cystic fibrosis (CF) is one of the most frequent genetically determined diseases. The prognosis for the life of children with CF is still serious. This explains the unflagging interest in further comprehensive study of this disease, the logical search for safe, informative diagnostic techniques and dynamic control.

APPLICATION OF BIOFEEDBACK IN PATIENTS WITH VERTEBRAL OSTEOCHONDROSIS HAVING PROLONGED PAIN SYNDROME

Tyurina O.G., Aivasyan T.A., Zaitsev V.P., Gorbunov F.E.

Abstract

The mental state of the patient undoubtedly affects the features and intensity of the pain syndrome, all this indicates the appropriateness of using psychocorrection in the treatment of patients with prolonged pains, including those caused by osteochondrosis of the spine. It is shown that the inclusion of psychotherapy in a complex of therapeutic measures really allows to reduce the severity of the pain syndrome [7-9]. One of the most effective and available for the practice of health care is psycho-relaxation therapy using biofeedback devices (BFU). In a number of works [7, 12, 13] it was shown that the course of BOS leads to an increase in tolerance to stressful effects, a decrease in the severity of mental changes, a decrease in the level of anxiety, depression, and a reduction in the severity of headaches.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA FOR PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AND METHODS OF ITS CORRECTION

Provotorov V.M., Suleimanova L.S., Budnevsky A.V.

Abstract

Currently, bronchial asthma is considered as a heterogeneous disease, in the pathogenesis of which an indisputable role is played by psychosomatic disorders and the close interaction of somatic and neuropsychic factors. Patients with asthma demonstrate a high level of negative emotions, and exacerbations of the disease are often associated with periods of heightened emotionality, with a causal relationship can be bilateral. Numerous domestic and foreign studies have demonstrated the role of alexithymia in the development and progression of asthma [3-5]. Patients with asthma with alexithymia have a higher level of neurotic personality than non-alexithymic individuals.

ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOSOMATIC RELATIONS IN BRONCHIAL ASTHMA CLINICAL COURSE

Budnevsky A.V., Provotorov V.M., Vdovina O.V.

Abstract

In the development and progression of asthma, psychological and behavioral factors play a significant role [4, 5, 7-9]. The state of psychoemotional tension leads both to the dysregulation of the hormonal and immune systems with the development of secondary immunodeficiency, and to the development of psychosomatic diseases [2, 11, 15]. Regularities of psychoneurological relationships in asthma determine the need to include in the system of therapeutic and prophylactic measures in BA methods of psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacological correction, which will improve the quality of life in asthma.

Abstract

The problem of bacteriocarrier and pustular skin lesions to date can not be considered definitively resolved, there is an opinion that reduced immunological reactivity plays the role in the formation of pathology. From this point of view, it was interesting to trace the dependence of the disturbance of immunological reactivity in chronic carriers of pathogenic staphylococcus and pustular skin diseases from blood groups.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEENAGERS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AS A RISK CRITERION FOR SEVERE DISEASE COURSE

Klyucheva M.G., Ryvkin A.I., Troitskaya I.N., Reshetova T.N., Likhova I.N.

Abstract

The prevalence of asthma according to the ISAAC program among children aged 13-14 years varies from 2.6% to 4.8% (A.Sewart, 1997, D. Strachan, 1997). BA is not only a common, but also a dangerous pathology, leading to disability, and sometimes dramatic outcomes. It is known that chronic bronchopulmonary diseases in children can lead to a disruption of physical development, primarily, a body mass deficit. On the other hand, a number of authors (Aisanov ZR, 1999) found that a disturbed nutritional balance with respiratory pathology leads to a decrease in the production of surfactant, a violation of the clearance of bacteria by the lungs. There is evidence that the work of the respiratory muscles is largely due to the nutritional diet (Ascanasi, 1982). The reduction in diaphragm mass in patients with malnutrition occurs in proportion to the patient's weight loss (Palang et al. 1993).

INFLUENCE OF SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE ON THEIR LIFE QUALITY

Kravchenko A.Y., Vladykina N.N., Kretinina T.I., Kutyurin G.V., Sergeyeva N.I., Ternovykh I.A.

Abstract

More and more attention is drawn to the problem of assessing the quality of life (QOL) in patients with cardiovascular diseases and, in particular, coronary heart disease (CHD). It is well known that for the patient not only indicators of physical condition are important, but also satisfaction in the mental, social and emotional spheres. The medical aspect of QOL is usually attributed to the impact of the disease itself and the resulting limitation of functional ability, as well as the treatment to the daily life of the patient. As one of the directions for the improvement of QOL of IHD patients should be the application of methods of psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacological correction of affective disorders, which include alexithymia. The specific forms and contents of these methods are of undoubted interest for further research.

STUDY OF BLOOD CHEMILUMINESCENCE AND OPTICAL RADIATION USED IN FOTOHEMOTHERAPY EFFECTING IT

Yefimov A.S., Yefimova M.A., Beloshevskiy V.A., Shapovalova N.V.

Abstract

The study of oxidation-reduction and free-radical reactions is widely used in medicine to study the course of certain pathological processes. One of the recent direct methods for studying free radicals, active forms of oxygen and the reactions in which they participate, is the method of studying the intrinsic and activated chemiluminescence (CL) of blood cells [1]. The intrinsic CL accompanying the oxidation-reduction reactions is characterized by low intensity, therefore it is more convenient to study CL in the presence of activators, which intensify the luminescence many times, the most popular of which is luminol. CL is a rather capricious reaction, extremely sensitive to changes in the pH of the medium and to foreign impurities. Therefore, it seemed to us interesting to study not only quantitative characteristics, but also the spectrum of luminescence.

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF IRON DEFICIENT ANEMIA IN CHILDREN

Velichko L.G., Neretina A.F., Duvarov S.P.

Abstract

All organisms need iron for growth and various metabolic pathways [1]. The bulk of iron is included in hemoglobin (60%) and myoglobin (9%) [3]. Normally, in a healthy adult, the total iron reserve is 3-5 g, or about 50-60 mg / kg body weight. Iron enters the human body from the external environment, where it is most common. Its level in the body is regulated by absorption in the intestine and erythropoietic activity of the bone marrow. In the case of a significant deficiency of iron in the body, as a result of which anemia develops, the consequences become irreversible.

MORBIDITY STRUCTURE IN CHILDREN, WHOSE MOTHERS RECEIVED DEXAMETAZON IN THEIR PREGNANCY PERIOD

Logvinova I.I., Kaledina E.Y.

Abstract

In the last decade, the survival rate of premature infants significantly increased. One of the factors contributing to the improvement of survival is the administration of glucocorticoids to women with a threat of miscarriage at 24-34 weeks of gestation. The study of the effect of dexamethasone courses on the incidence of children showed that antenatal dexamethasone promotes the maturation of the fetal lungs and reduces the risk of developing the respiratory distress syndrome (SDR), the severity of intraventricular hemoglobulin (IVH) in intramuscular neonates, the risk of periventricular leukemal cysts, , Regulates erythropoiesis, has an immunomodulatory effect (LR Ment, W. Oh 1995, ECQuist-Fherson 1999, B.Chen 1999, MGErvin, JFPadbury 2000). However, there are data on the negative effect of antenatal glucocorticoids on the fetus.

PREDICTION OF CEREBRO-VASCULAR PATHOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

Asanov A.Y., Klimanko G.Y., Choporov O.N.

Abstract

The incidence of cerebrovascular pathology is one of the main causes of mortality due to cerebral ischemia and cerebrovascular strokes. The death rate from cerebrovascular diseases in Russia is one of the highest in the world. In this regard, for rational preventive measures, a detailed study of medical-biological and socio-hygienic risk factors, including an analysis of their impact on the incidence of cerebrovascular pathology, is necessary.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF EDUCATION OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA CHILDREN IN ASTHMA SCHOOL

Baranzaeva D.C., Zabolotskih T.V., Mizernitsky Y.L.

Abstract

In recent years, the prevalence of bronchial asthma continues to increase, having a significant impact on children and their families, decreasing the quality of life of patients, and further restricting work capacity. Being a chronic disease, bronchial asthma leads to the emergence of emotional and psychological problems in patients. Conducting classes in an asthma school in combination with individual and group psychotherapy can improve the psychological state of patients, harmonize pathological types of attitude to their disease, including also a transition from one type to another, more favorable in its course, taking into account the premorbid personality traits. This type of treatment can act as a step-by-step stage of psychotherapeutic assistance to patients.

PATHOGENESIS OF ANEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Grebennikova L.G., Beloshevskiy V.A., Krivonosova N.A., Gorchenko G.L., Modzolevskaya V.I., Nazarenko V.N.

Abstract

Despite the considerable number of works devoted to the study of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), the problem of anemia in this pathology is paid much less attention than other clinical manifestations of this disease, and its pathogenesis remains largely controversial. According to some researchers, this is the most frequent extra-articular manifestation of RA, occurring in the developed stage of the disease and in most cases having a moderate nature, other authors consider it a complication of the disease, although there are works indicative of the adaptive nature of this anemia.

PSYCHOLOGICAL STATUS CORRECTION IN PATIENTS WITH EXERTIONAL ANGINA AND ALEXITHYMIA

Provotorov V.M., Kravchenko A.Y., Burlova E.S.

Abstract

The identification of personality, psychological, behavioral and social factors associated with the onset and progression of coronary heart disease (IHD) [1] is an urgent problem, since "traditional" risk factors (smoking, overweight, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia) can not explain A significant proportion of cases of IHD in the population [2]. Alexitimia (A), as a psychological characteristic of the patient's personality, is increasingly used by clinicians in differential diagnosis of psychosomatic states of cardiac patients [3]. The effectiveness of psychopharmacological correction in patients with stable angina pectoris and alexithymia means the possibility of secondary prevention of IHD in such patients.

DOUBLE-STRAIN PROBIOTIK BIFILAKTRIN IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN CHILDREN

Kuprina N.P., Feklisova L.V., Seredina Y.Y., Konoplina L.M., Kokoreva S.P.

Abstract

Most often, intestinal infections are registered in children, posing a threat to the life of a young child. Therefore, the development of therapeutic approaches acquires special significance in pediatric infectious pathology. A promising area of research on the treatment of acute diarrhea is the development of methods that are gentle for the child's body. The advantage of using a new probiotic bifilactrin, simultaneously containing representatives of two types of obligate intestinal microflora, is established. The appointment of bifilactrin did not adversely affect the patient's body, significantly improved the results of treatment of OCI, reducing the frequency of relapses of the intestinal syndrome.

TOPOGRAPHICAL AND ANATOMIC JUSTIFICATION OF EXTRAFASCIAL HEMITHYROIDECTOMY IN PATENTS WITH CANCER AND BENIGN THYROID TUMORS

Savenok V.U., Ognerubov N.A., Savenok E.V.

Abstract

Many authors point to the connection of nodular formations with the possibility of cancer in them up to 30%, then early surgical intervention is the only correct method of treatment. Until now, there is still no unified procedure for the operation and an elaborate setting for the scope of surgical intervention. Most surgeons perform operations in the volume of intracapsular resections with a ligation of the thyroid vessels intracapsularly to prevent traumas of the parathyroid glands and the recurrent nerve. Despite significant successes in the surgical treatment of highly differentiated forms of cancer and nodular thyroid formations, patients often suffer from postoperative complications, one of which is postoperative hypoparathyroidism. In this scientific work, we have attempted to evaluate the existing method of extrafascial hemithyroidectomy from a new perspective.
