Abstract
As a result of many years of research into the development of proximal pancreas resection techniques, a number of methods for treating the distal stump of the pancreas (DCL) have been developed and improved. To date, there are absolutely safe ways of forming pancreatojunoanastomozov that would guarantee against the development of serious complications from the side of DCP and related deaths, in connection with what has been said, it should be recognized that a number of patients have such unfavorable morphological changes in the stump of the prostate that make it extremely dangerous Formation of any kind of pancreatodigestive anastomosis and require the use of other methods of treatment of DCP.

SONOGRAPHIC DETECTION OF BILIARY SYSTEM DISEASES IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY WORKERS
Faustov A.S., Popov S.V.
Abstract
The most common pathology of the bile excretory system is found in workers of enterprises, in the production cycle of which toxic chemical agents are present. This is due to long-term exposure to small concentrations of these substances. With the help of ultrasound, the size and shape of the gallbladder can be estimated; Thickness, density and contours of its walls; The presence and nature of formations in the cavity of the gallbladder; The diameter of the common bile duct, the thickness and density of its walls, the presence of formations in its lumen; The presence and extent of ectasia within the hepatic bile ducts. Changes in the biliary system, revealed by sonography, are the ultrasonic equivalent of such diseases as chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, gallbladder polyps.

THE PROBLEM OF PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENT EXAMINATION IN THE THERAPY OF CHRONIC SOMATIC DISEASES
Sitnikova V.P., Viyonova N.I., Stahurlova L.I., Borisova T.V.
Abstract
Growing chronic diseases lead modern medicine to the problem of studying psychological factors that affect the nature and dynamics of a physical illness. Using two different approaches to assessing the psychological component and the state of a teenager with a chronic physical illness, we can speak of both the subjective state of the adolescent and the state of the child compared to healthy peers. Comparison of the objective (QoL) and subjective (WKB) approaches, in our opinion, will reveal their points of contact, general and special.

CLINICO-IMMUNOLOGIC EFFECTS OF PLASMAPHERESISIN COMPLEX THERAPY OF SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENTS
Barabanova L.V.
Abstract
It is known that in schizophrenia a marked imbalance of the immune system is observed, which brings the disease closer to autoimmune disorders [7]. Traditional psychopharmacotherapy (TPFT) (antipsychotics, antidepressants) also lead to changes in the immune status of patients (development of antibodies to drugs, immunosuppression), which aggravates the existing disorders in the immunity of patients. Our studies show that changes in the indices of the functional state of the immune system in patients with paranoid schizophrenia in the process of TPFT - a prognostically unfavorable sign and is an indication for the appointment of PF. Timely assignment of PF (not later than 3-6 weeks of therapy) prevents the formation of negative drug pathomorphosis and resistance to psychopharmacotherapy, leads to a reduction in the stay of patients in the hospital.

INFLUENCE OF VEGETATIVE NERVOUS REGULATION ON AFFECTIVE DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH DUODENAL ULCER
Kutashov V.A.
Abstract
Complex treatment and timely recognition of vegetative disorders in the structure of affective disorders in psychosomatic patients with their favorable development of the disease, that is, with mild severity is a necessary medical task [1, 5, 9, 11], at these stages it is possible to carry out the most qualitative and effective therapy , Prevent the transition of diseases to more severe forms, to achieve a long-term remission [2, 8]. Disturbance of homeostasis with a predominance of the tone of the parasympathetic nervous system in the majority of patients with duodenal ulcer testifies to a change in the emotionality of patients towards a decrease in reactivity, the predominant influence of the vagus and the possibility of the formation of duodenal pathology. The predominant predominance of parasympathetic in individuals with affective pathology suggests a close relationship between vegetative disorders and depressive episodes.

Koshelev Y.N.
Abstract
Active compression-decompression in this mode ensures sufficient gas exchange in the patient's body, without additional artificial ventilation of the lungs. Improved gas exchange provides enrichment of the respiratory mixture with oxygen and compliance with the regime of positive end-expiratory pressure. It has been established that the AKD method provides sufficient gas exchange and lung ventilation [1, 2].

FEATURES OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMICS IN TACHYFORMS OF CILIARY ARRHYTHMIA AND ARRHYTHMIC SHOCK
Shevchenko I.I., Shvagerus S.E.
Abstract
The source of the fibrillation is in one of the atria, it with rare exception, immediately covers both atria. As a result, during recording of the ECG, the P wave is not recorded, which is the main electrocardiographic sign of this arrhythmia. Instead, irregular waves of different shapes and sizes are detected, which are not the same even in the same lead (f-flimmern). Irregularity of ventricular contractions (differences in the duration of R-R) is another leading sign of AF.

APPLICATION JUSTIFICATION OF GAIN-FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTICS OF ELECTROCARDIOGRAMAS DIAGNOSTIC METHOD IN ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE
Peleshko E.I., Lopatin Y.M., Korotkov A.B.
Abstract
Until now, the most popular is the "manual" decoding of records. At the same time, a test is needed in the clinic, giving a quick, clear, unambiguous, physiologically determined criterion that allows making a conclusion about the state of the cardiovascular system. One of such criteria is the inversion of the R wave of the electrocardiogram [1]. In connection with the foregoing, the task was to find new criteria for assessing the functional state of the myocardium.

SOCIAL-HYGIENIC ASPECTS OF TUBERCULOSIS PREVALENCE IN PENAL JURISDICTION
Chumak P.L., Klimenko G.Y.
Abstract
How extremely tense it is possible to characterize the situation with the incidence of tuberculosis in the institutions of the penitentiary system. According to the Ministry of Justice in 1999, the incidence of prisoners under investigation and imprisoned by tuberculosis is 40 times higher than that of the rest of Russia - 3,447.4 cases and 85.2 cases per 100,000 people, respectively. About half of those released from prison do not apply for anti-tuberculosis care in general. Those who turned to the dispensary register are treated, as a rule, in bad faith, in view of their low sanitary and hygienic literacy, thus presenting a huge epidemiological danger to the population.
