Knyazeva V.A., Mamchik N.P., Samodurova N.Y., Belova L.V.

Abstract

About two hundred thousand people get sick HFRS every year in the world, moreover the Russian Federation has the leading position. The Voronezh region is an endemic area for HFRS. The disease causes serious socio-economic damage, because among the sick people men of working age more prevalent. Epizootological monitoring of populations of different species of rodents, including the identification of age and sex composition, number, infection, distribution in different areas, reproductive capacity, is an important part of preventive measures. On the basis of this is determined by the size, type and timing of disinfection and deratization measures. Fight against the distribution of HFRS should be primarily oriented at breaking stable circulation of the hantaviruses in the focus of infection.

Masalytin A.V., Sklyarov T.J., Bykova S.O., Golovina A.A., Latysh A.I., Mocrousova T.A., Ponomarev V.I.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of adaptation to the educational group and educational activities of students-members of non-state civil defense formations under increased load, in particular, during command and staff exercises. The method of investigation was chosen by T.D. Dubovitskaya. The results reflected that after the command and staff training there was an increase in the number of students with a high and medium level of adaptation to the training group, but a decrease in the number of students with a high level of adaptation to the training activities. In carrying out the event, students were brought together as much as possible and focused on specific tasks in the team, which on the one hand contributed to their increased adaptation to the educational group, and on the other hand led to reduced adaptation to the educational activities. The article also discusses ways to prevent the state of disadaptation in the participants of the study.

The author used the scale of the Hamilton anxiety, Luscher test, abbreviated multidisciplinary questionnaire of personality (TAR). The majority of road accident participants (66%) respond to the incident with maladaptive reactions, 34 % of road accident participants responded with adaptive reactions. Medical assistance to road accident participants is complex and includes a psychotherapeutic approach in the first hours after an emergency, with insufficient effectiveness of psychotherapy, psychopharmacotherapy is used.

Mekhantyeva L.E., Sklyarova T.P., Enin A.V., Letnikova Y.B.

Abstract

The number of road accidents (crashes) that led to the death of people has remained consistently high for many years. In the Russian Federation, about 20,000 people die on roads every year, which corresponds to the population of a small city. On the territory of the Lipetsk region in the period 2013-2017. the majority of fatal accidents occurred outside the city limits and in 90% of cases are related to non-observance of traffic rules. Two thirds of those killed on the spot during the first 30 minutes were injured incompatible with life, but 1/3 of the victims could have survived with timely and proper first aid. Therefore, the decisive role is often played by self-help, mutual assistance, as well as assistance provided by traffic police officers who find themselves near the place of the accident. In the Lipetsk region, there are trauma centers of 3 levels, among which trauma centers of the 3rd level are the least equipped for carrying out complex surgical interventions. In this regard, patients with multiple, combined, neurotrauma, it is advisable to deliver to the emergency centers of the 2nd and 1st level, subject to the rule of the "golden hour". Proved the effectiveness of child restraints for the prevention of injury in road accidents, and therefore recommended their active use.

Pchelintseva A.A., Samodurova N.Y.

Abstract

Issues related to the incidence of pollinosis in the population of the Voronezh region were studied. Compared with the incidence in the Russian Federation and the Central Federal District, the Voronezh Region does not exceed the average incidence rate, but among some areas there were areas with high levels of the pathology under study, exceeding the data for the region, 1.5 times. Also there are areas in which the average long-term figure does not exceed the regional, but the growth rate reaches high values. As a result of the ranking of 32 municipal districts of the region in terms of the average multi-year indicator among adults, adolescents and children, the Ramon district turned out to be a risk area. A survey of the population in Borisoglebsky and Petropavlovsk districts showed that the majority of people experiencing the symptoms of pollinosis do not seek medical help.

Sitnik T.N., Koroleva Y.S.

Abstract

The article presents the regularities of the development of the epidemic process of viral hepatitis C (HCV) and drug addiction in the Voronezh region. It is established that regional levels of morbidity of acute and chronic hepatitis have multidirectional trends with the all-Russian. The incidence of chronic hepatitis in the Voronezh region for 2010-2017 has an increase of 65.0%, the most pronounced since 2015. The prevalence of reported drug use in the Voronezh region is higher than the national average, with a tendency to increase (in 2017 by 11.7% compared to 2010). Comparison of regional curves of HCV incidence and primary drug addiction incidence for 2010-2017 reveals similarities in the dynamics of the epidemic process. Voluntary laboratory examinations of persons registered in the drug treatment service for markers of hemocontact infections reveal a high level of anti-HCV prevalence (from 62.2% to 73.4%). These figures are supported by the data biomedicinskih research in the group of injecting drug users. It is necessary to improve prevention programs for high-risk groups - drug users.
