ANALYSIS OF THE APPOINTMENT OF STUDENTS OF THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY ON THE RELATION TO IMMUNOPROPHYLACTIC

Sitnik T.N.

Abstract

The aim of the work was to study the level of informing students of medical schools about preventive vaccinations and personal attitude towards immunization. 180 students of 4 faculties were surveyed. The total number of compulsory vaccinations of the NCVP was correctly named only 50.6% of the respondents, but when choosing as mandatory from the proposed types of vaccinations only 26.1% gave the correct answer. Influenza vaccination was the last in the ranking. In the sources of information on preventive vaccinations, a significant role is played by seminars, conferences, special medical literature, and the media, including the Internet. As a result, an ambiguous personal attitude to preventive vaccinations is formed. Taking into account voluntarily executed vaccinations of the NCVP, 52.2% and self-selection of the list of vaccinations (less than in the NCVP), 27.2% of the respondents, the immune layer is much lower than recommended. The role of future medical workers in the formation of the population's trust in immuno-prevention calls for increased attention to coverage of this topic in all courses of medical faculties.

NUTRITION AND MICRONUTRIENT INSUFFICIENCY OF THE POPULATION G. RYAZAN

Peshkova G.P., Kiryshin V.A., Klyuchkova N.M., Akishin S.V.

Abstract

Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the actual nutrition and nature of the prevalence of iodine-deficiency diseases among the population of the Ryazan region. The obtained results are indicative of imbalance of the intake of alimentary substances, which might promote development of nutrition-related disorders and, in particular, aggravate the course of iodine-deficiency disorders. At the same time, there was a stable level of primary incidence of diffuse (endemic) goiter and a marked increase in primary incidence of multi-node (endemic) goiter. The above factors are indicative of poor awareness among the population about rational nutrition and the effectiveness of preventive measures. Necessary to develop a model for optimizing the nutrition of children and the entire population of the Ryazan Region, including a plan for correction of the actual food, timely application of preventive complexes, which will reduce the risk of disease.

ABOUT THE ASPECTS OF ALERT AND STRESS STABILITY OF STUDENTS OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL

Avraamova A.A., Gaydukova E.P.

Abstract

Modern life in society is filled with complex relationships, which is expressed in increased mental stress and a high level of psychoemotional tension. The intensity of the educational process, the large amount of incoming information, the violation of the work and rest regime, imbalance and uneven nutrition are of great importance in reducing stress resistance and increasing anxiety among students. The consequences of such stresses lead to a decrease in adaptation to the surrounding world, which generally affects the mental health of the person, and especially, the modern student. A strong psycho-traumatic factor is often an exam. The article presents an assessment of the actual situation of levels of anxiety and stress resistance of students in different educational institutions based on the results of the questionnaire, outlines the main directions for the prevention of psychoemotional stresses, and suggests recommendations.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE MONITORING SYSTEM OF WATER QUALITY IN THE BLUE "BLUE DUNAY" AND THE RIVER DON

Kalashnikov Y.S., Oberemko V.A.

Abstract

The aim of the work was to improve the monitoring system for water quality in the Don River, taking into account the influence of conventional-clean water flow from the Right-bank treatment facilities of the city of Voronezh and the Blue Danube stream. Analysis of the obtained data on the control points-a control point downstream of the Don River (after discharge) at a distance of ~ 2.0 km and a control point upstream of the Don ~ 2.8 km (prior to discharge) showed a significant effect of runoff from the Right-bank treatment facilities on the quality of water in the river Don practically on all sanitary and chemical indices. The most significant effect of the discharge of conditionally clean sewage on the quality of water in the river Don is recorded by indicators of nitrogen content of nitrites, suspended substances, chlorides, nitrogen nitrates, nitrogen ammonium, phosphates. The proposals for improving the existing monitoring system for water quality in the Don River are justified: one-time monitoring is needed in at least 4 locations (2 - Don, 2 - the Blue Danube stream), the frequency of sampling should be increased, taking into account the flood period and low water, controlled pollutants.

ANALYSIS OF THE PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STATE OF PATIENTS OF INFECTIOUS HIV-TREATMENT IN GYNECOLOGICAL DIVISIONS OF BUZ GKB SMP №1 AND BUZ VO VOKB №1

Sudakova O.V., Orlova G.V., Sudakov D.V.

Abstract

The study of the psychoemotional state of patients is one of the important components of medical psychology. It is believed that, in part, from the psychoemotional mood of the patient, the outcome of the disease also depends. This mostly relates to acute conditions in medicine, and does not quite fit into the picture of the patient's incurable disease. This can be attributed to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The virus itself is not capable of directly killing, but over time, it suppresses the immune system of the ill, contributing to the development of concomitant pathologies (viral, bacterial or fungal nature). The study of the psychoemotional state of patients infected with HIV is of great interest, because, unfortunately, the number of infected people is growing steadily every year, despite all preventive measures, not only in Russia, but all over the world.

DETERMINATION OF MOTIVES OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY AND "IMPORTANT" SUBJECTS FOR STUDENTS 3-4 COURSES OF PEDIATRIC FACULTY

Chernyh A.V., Sudakov D.V., Yakusheva N.V., Maleev Y.V.

Abstract

Among all the sections of pedagogy and psychology, an important place is occupied by the psychology of motivation. No wonder the very term "motivation" is translated from Latin, as a motivation for action. It is believed that this is a dynamic process of the psycho-physiological plan that controls human behavior. Motivation is the most diverse. And for each event in life or action - you can relate different options for motivation. While studying at school - one motivation, when entering the university - another motivation, while finding a job - the third. However, considering the motivation for admission to a university, although of some interest, has many pitfalls, usually associated with some "immaturity" of the applicant's personality. Motivation, however, when choosing a specialization at the end of a university, is also not always "objective", since many students of medical schools are trained on a contract basis in the direction of medical institutions and simply do not have the opportunity to choose their specialty "to their liking". That is why, the greatest interest for us is the study of motives of educational activity on the students of secondary courses of a medical university.

A CHANGE IN THE CONTENT OF ZINC AND COPPER ORAL FLUID IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CATARRHAL GINGIVITIS

Ippolitov Y.A., Kuralesina V.P., Rusanova T.A., Garkavets S.A.

Abstract

One of the most common and complicated diseases in dentistry is periodontal disease. The content of microelements in saliva increase with increasing the degree of destruction of the periodontium. This partly explains the change in the immune status, increased susceptibility of the periodontal tissues to infection, slow reparative activity. Increase in the level of oversaturation of the saliva macro, many researchers explain accelerated the formation of plaque in periodontal disease. Due to its physico-chemical properties of copper metabolism is one of the leading places. The copper ion can serve as donor and acceptor of electrons in redox reactions. Zinc is an activator of enzymes of cellular respiration - cytochrome and succinate dehydrogenase activity in chronic inflammatory periodontal disease changes.
