Chernuh T.M., Sviridova T.N., Alexeev N.Y., Sudakov O.V.

Abstract

The represented clinical case deals with the question of combined autoimmune disorders of the digestive system: autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis and ulcerative colitis. The descriptive using of fecal calprotectin biomarker is shown for the diagnostics of inflammatory bowel disease. The expediency of examination of patients with inflammatory bowel disease is substantiated for detection of autoimmune disorders of the liver and patients with autoimmune disorders of the liver for elimination of presence of inflammatory bowel disease.

ROLE OF TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR-α IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OXIDATIVE STRESS AND INFLAMMATION

Tsvetikova L.N., Atyakshin D.A., Lobeeva N.V.

Abstract

The tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF-α) is involved in immune regulation, the development of inflammation and hemodynamic disturbances in different human diseases, both infectious and non-infectious nature. TNF-α can induce apoptosis through activation of caspase-3, and through the activation of caspase-8, which leads to increased intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species and oxidative stress. Gene expression of antioxidants and cytokines (TNF-α, interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1, IL-8) and transcription factors (SIP, NF kappa β) increases by oxidative stress and affects to the immune system and inflammatory processes. TNF-α can be used in complex analysis to assess the extent of the inflammatory process in the dynamics and have important diagnostic value for the prediction and prevention of diseases.

Abstract

Anemia refers to the manifestations of systemic inflammation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and a factor aggravating the disease. STUDY OF THE ADAPTIVE CAPABILITIES OF STUDENTS-ATHLETES

Gladskich N.A., Korotkova S.B., Fursova E.A.

Abstract

Sports development plays an important role in formation of the student as an individual. Permanent training process allows you to maintain good form the cardiovascular and respiratory system. Definition of adaptive capacity of an organism plays a role in the assessment not only of the State of the organism, but also allows you to monitor the training process. Reduce the physical load in a timely manner avoiding muscle fatigue effect, rationally to undertake remediation activities. All these measures allow to approach the competition in optimum physical condition. We built mathematical models of adaptive capacity of athletes engaged in light and heavy training, aimed at optimization of the preparation for a competition.

CHILDREN AGE AND SEX DIFFERENCES OF BLOOD PRESSURE IN THE VORONEZH REGION

Zhdanova O.A., Sitnikova V.P.

Abstract

The article presents the results of statistical analysis of the blood pressure of 1124 boys and 1185 girls 7-16 years old living in the Voronezh region in 2011-2014. Systolic blood pressure of the boys prevailed over systolic blood pressure values of the girls at all ages groups. The minimal differences were at the age of 10 years old, maximal - at 15 and 16 years old (р0,005). The average measurements of diastolic blood pressure of girls at 8-10 years old and 13 were higher but at the age of 14- lower than the same numbers at boys group. It was discovered a small decrease in the measures of diastolic blood pressure at 15-16 years old girls group in comparison with the younger girls group.

THE USE OF RADICAL INTERVENTION AND THE USE OF RADICAL INTERVENTION AND PULSE OF ANOLYTE IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF ACUTE PARAPROCTITIS

Andreev A.A., Demyanov A.N.

Abstract

The frequency of occurrence of the abscess is about 0.5% of the population in the Russian Federation, about 1% of all hospitalized in surgical hospitals or to 48% of patients with diseases of the rectum. The purpose of the study - improve results of complex treatment of patients with acute paraproctitis, based on the application of one-stage radical surgical intervention and the pulse of a purulent cavity with a solution of the neutral anolyte. During the execution of the study analyzed the results of treatment of 158 patients with acute paraproctitis, which were divided into control and two experimental groups. The control group consisted of 40 patients who after radical procedures (opening and drainage of purulent cavities, the elimination of the fistula orifice in the rectum) were assigned to daily treatment of purulent cavity with a solution of anolyte. 1st main group - 47 patients who only performed the autopsy, drainage and the hydro pulse of a purulent cavity anolyte. In the 2nd main group (71 patient) underwent radical intervention and a pulse of a purulent cavity neutral anolyte. To conduct a pulse of a purulent cavity was used the original device that is the source of high pressure (up to 7 atm.) allows to generate a pulsed flow of the antiseptic solution. The optimal method of complex treatment of acute abscess was performing radical surgery (excision of a crypt opening and drainage of the abscess) with pulse treatment of purulent cavity neutral anolyte (pH 7,0-7,2, ORP-+550-+800 mV) /2-I main group, the use of which allowed to reduce time of inflammation on average by 50%, the formation of granulation tissue and the epithelization - on 30-40%, to accelerate the relief of the intoxication syndrome and reduce the level of microbial contamination that significantly reduced the duration of hospitalization and rehabilitation.

COMPLEX INFLUENCE OF LIQUID WITH THE NEGATIVE REDOX POTENTIAL ON SEPARATE INDICATORS OF BULK ANALYSIS OF BLOOD AT PATIENTS WITH GONARTROZ 3-4 DEGREES IN THE EARLY PERIOPERATSIONNY PERIOD

Tokar A.A., Samodai V.G., Reznikov K.M., Atyakshin D.A.

Abstract

In work indexes of the bulk analysis of blood (BAB) at introduction of liquid with the negative redox potential (RP) by the patient with deforming gonartrozy in the perioperatsionny period are investigated. Liquid intake, with the negative OVP increases sizes of the following indexes of OAK a little: HGB, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, and also lowers such important parameters as - SOE, NEUT that is especially expressed at the dosed their appointment. At the dosed oral administration of liquid with the negative OVP at the rate of 2 ml of a catholyte on 1 kg of body weight of the patient the quantity of authentically changed indicators of OAK increases by 12 days after performing surgery.
