Health is a difficult, global, sociocultural and universal phenomenon having an inherent value for people. In the last decades appeared a new term - "civilization diseases" (diseases of the XX-XXI centuries) which means the diseases on the base of human society development, such as diseases connected with internal problems, violation of moral norms and mechanisms of adaptation to adverse factors of the anthropogenically changed environment in the conditions of the prompt growth of scientific and technical progress, typical for this century, and some other manifestations of human activity having global character. Seventy five percent of all cases of death in the industrial countries belong to civilization diseases. The group of civilization diseases includes pathologies of cardiovascular, nervous, immunological, digestive, endocrine systems. Among them cardiovascular, oncological, pulmonary diseases and diabetes are leading reasons of mortality, disability and temporary incapacity. The relevance of this subject responds to the fact that the health of the person gets still greater importance in modern conditions of the global moral and ecological crisis which is characterized by negative tendencies in dynamics of health, so an ordinary increasing interest in a health problem in its general scientific, philosophical and anthropological aspects appears. The solution of the problem of health improvement is possible only by means of changing the person and his worldview. It is necessary to form the health of the person completely in the unity of his body, his soul and his spirit with the corresponding hierarchy of material and spiritual values.

This paper shows that (1) there are three languages arising from the three metaphysical hypotheses about the nature of consciousness (physicalism, dualism, neutralism); (2) these languages are not explicit; (3) hence it is impossible to justify why one of the metaphysical hypotheses is preferable to others.

Recently the problem of students health as a particular social group has become a high relevance. This is confirmed by the appearance of a large number of scientific papers, comprehensive programs to preserve the health and quality of students life particularly in the Voronezh N.N. Burdenko State Medical Academy. Certain results of the implementation of health-technologies are available, but talk about a complete solution of such a multi-faceted, complex problems is still early.

The article explains the importance of forming of moral qualities of forensic medical expert, as an important component of professional training. The specific of forensic medical expert activity is studied in the aspect of cooperation of moral principles required by law. The need to comply by expert of moral rules when performing of professional tasks is described. The basic moral requirements for an expert as a participant in the proceedings are considered. The need for a deeper study of the moral principles of activity forensic expert in the aspect of the importance of forensics for the proceedings and society is shown.

In this article euthanasia is taken up as a medical and social problem. It raises a question, if it is ethical for a doctor to practice euthanasia. The paper looks into the problem of euthanasia prohibition as an attempt to protect a doctor from a crime and it has not only a practical but also a symbolic significance for maintaining a social status of medicine. According to the article legalization of euthanasia can damage the profession of physician and a society as a whole, therefore it cannot be justified.

Differentiation of Russian society is asymmetric. Role of the state is very high. Asymmetry caused by the dominance of the economy. Necessary to increase the autonomy of social subsystems.

The article analyzes the prerequisites for the formation and implementation of the project "Live long!" in the Voronezh region, especially the organization and conduct of Volunteer health" in modern conditions, results, features a competition among medical institutions, as well as prospects of this form of work of the health workers and health organizations with patients.

The evaluation of resistance to stress was executed with method GDV- bioelectrography. Intensity of fluorescence of the arms fourth fingers skin surface used as indicator of activity endocrinal system at the start and end of academic year. Obtained information was compared with analogous results of investigation of activity of the left and right cerebral hemispheres (the fluorescence of the left and right first fingers). At the end of academic year there was more resistance to new living conditions and academic process difficulties in girl ,s group: more fast of stability arriving and earlier activation the left cerebral hemisphere for intensive learning.
