Abstract
It is shown that the present level of development of the science of human physiology, with its well-understood adaptive reactions: activation of stress, adaptation range, with regular external factors sub-extreme force, unable to explain the mechanisms of adaptation of the body, with a further increase in the strength of the regular stimulus. REVIEW OF STUDIES OF THE INPERSONAL ASPECT OF PERFECTIONISM
Abstract
The article presents an analytical review of research on the social aspect of perfectionism. The author concludes that interpersonal criteria adaptive/maladaptive perfectionism require further experimental verification and theoretical interpretation. The search for an adequate and clear criteria differences between constructive and destructive perfectionism in interpersonal aspect can be the goal of future research.

MOTIVES OF SUBSTANCE USE AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH CLINICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS (REVIEW)
Abstract
A review of the literature discusses the problem of personal motives of substance use (SU). We consider the motivational model of alcohol use Cox-Klinger. Discusses two major groups of motives: motives enhancement emotionally positive state and motives of coping negative emotional state. The correlation between addictive motives and reasons for abstinence (or refusal) of alcohol. CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOR IN ADOLESCENTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY
Abstract
The objective of the investigation is to evaluate efficacy of correction of deviant behaviour in adolescents with intellectual disability in in-patient department. Investigational group consists of 20 patients with intellectual disability and deviant behaviour, taking Risperidone 1 mg per day for 30 days. Clinically significant decrease of deviant behaviour characteristics was revealed in the group of patients taking Risperidone in comparison to other groups.

Abstract
Art therapy, phototherapy is soft and deep treatment in the arsenal of a psychologist and psychotherapist. Phototherapy has no restrictions and contraindications. It is used in the course of psychotherapy or psychological counseling. Purpose of the method is the activation of associative imagery and scope of the client (patient). Art therapy will contribute, in turn, overcoming the psychological defenses and resistance. This method is most effective in dealing with depression and dependent clients (patients), psychological trauma, with intrapersonal problems. Phototherapy integrates with all areas of psychotherapy.

NEEDS AND MOTIVATIONS OF PERFECTIONISTS
Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of need-motivational sphere of students with a high level of perfectionism. Conducted an empirical study, the results of which suggest that the need for perfection, as the lead for students with a high level of perfectionism is realized or the achievement motivation and self-realization (for students with constructive perfectionism), or through the motivation of avoiding failure and motivation of getting approval from the relevant people (for destructive perfectionists).

SOME FEATURES OF AFFECTIVE DISORDERS AND TASTE SENSI-TIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH THE SYNDROME OF DISPEZIO IN COMBINATION WITH OBESITY
Abstract
This paper describes the results of studies of the affective disor-ders and taste sensitivity in patients with the syndrome dyspepsia in combi-nation with obesity. The data obtained suggest the presence of significant interaction changes from emotional and taste sensitivity in patients with symptoms of dyspepsia in combination with obesity that requires further study and find ways to make the correction. The obtained results are relevant for the development of individual treatment and prevention programs for patients with symptoms of dyspepsia in combination with obesity.

ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE AS A FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON THE COURSE AND OUTCOME OF TUBERCULOUS PLEURISY
Abstract
The article presents data about the peculiarities of diagnosis, clinical manifestations and outcome of tuberculous exudative pleurisy in 34 patients (group I) with alcohol dependence. The comparison is performed with the survey data of 34 patients with tuberculous pleurisy installed without alcohol dependence (group II). In patients of group I noted burdened social status: more often than in the control group met face lonely (55,88% and 23,53%), not working in working age (79,41% and 47,06%) and convicted (29,41% and 8,82%). In group I patients pleurisy more often than in group II were combined with tuberculous lungs (52,94% and 26,47%), more often had bilateral lesions of the respiratory system (26,47% and 5,88 per cent), often accompanied by release of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from sputum (38,24% and 11,76%). In patients of group I mentioned low adherence to treatment and lack of efficiency.

SYMPTOMATIC EPILEPSY, AS A MANIFESTATION OF ANTIPHOS-POLIPID SYNDROME
Abstract
Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is one of the important understudied nosological problems of modern medicine. However, the symptoms of APS are of particular interest to neurologists, as thrombi are most often localized in the blood vessels of the brain, leading to ischemic cerebrovascular accidents (AICS). APS can also manifest itself in the following symptoms: epileptic fits, dementia, headaches, chorea, peripheral neuropathy, myelo- and encephalopathy phenomenologically similar to multiple sclerosis. We provide as an example the medical case of a 25-year-old female patient.

DYNAMICS OF COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS IN TREATMENT OF ALCOHOL-DEPENDENT PATIENTS WITH LEPTINORM
Abstract
The article describes the resultant dynamics of impaired cognitive functions of patients with alcohol dependence who received treatment with antipsychotics. Cognitive functions improve significantly faster in patients of the main group whose treatment included Leptinorm (risperidon), an atypical antipsychotic. There is an insignificant positive dynamics of impaired cognitive functions in the group of patients who received haloperidol as an antipsychotic.
