COMPARATIVE ACTIVITY OF VARIOUS CONCENTRATION OF THE MIXED CHLORGEXIDIN-DIOXIDIN COMPONENTS IN RELATION TO PATHOGENIC MICROFLORA
Abstract
The study of bactericidal action of new antiseptic composition of known antiseptics - chlorgexidin and dioxidin - is carried out. The research was conducted in vitro, the most widespread causative agents of intrahospital infection - E. coli, St. aureus, Pseud. aeruginosa - were used as a substratum. In the experiment various concentrations and volume ratios of components were applied.

DOPAMINE AGONIST AND LEVODOPA IN THE TREATMENT OF EXTRAPYRAMIDAL DISEASES
Abstract
Was Compared the effects of levodopa and dopamine receptor agonists (DRAs) on patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and parkinsonian syndrome . Levodopa were effective in both cases, but more in the treatment of PD. Using DRAs is effective in the early stages of PD, at later stages of PD and parkinsonism syndrome effects were not noted .

ENDOSCOPIC METHOD OF STOP OF GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING
Abstract
At present, endoscopic methods for stopping gastrointestinal bleeding are known: irrigation with a solution of -aminocaproic acid, infiltration of a bleeding defect with vasoconstrictive drugs, application of medical glue, etc. (VS Saveliev, 2006; LF Tveritneva, 2009). But all these methods are temporary because of the frequent occurrence of repeated bleeding. We have proposed a method of endoccopic hemostasis using the haemostatic agent "Polygeumat".

EVALUATION OF THE AREA OF A FIRST DEFECT OF A DISTRICT FORM ON A CYLINDRICAL SURFACE
Abstract
Calculating the exact area of damage is one of the most urgent tasks in the assessment of the severity of damage. In the case of a wound located on a surface, the shape of which can be considered flat with high accuracy, the problem reduces to a banal planimetric study. In a situation where the defect is on the limbs, whose shape is conditionally approaching the cylinder, this classical approach can make mistakes in the absence of allowance for the curvature of the surface.

MICRODISPERSAL PROCESSING OF THE RAS BY ANOLITHIC SOLUTION IN PATIENTS WITH PHLEGMONS OF THE MAXIMUM-FACIAL REGION AND THE NECK
Abstract
The problem of treating the phlegmon of the maxillofacial region and neck continues to be relevant. The number of patients with inflammatory diseases has no tendency to decrease and is about 40-50% of the bed capacity in the maxillofacial hospital, 60-80% of patients with phlegmons of the maxillofacial region and neck. About 10-20% of people seeking outpatient care are patients with inflammatory diseases of the face and neck [A.G. Shargorodsky, et al., 2002; N.G. Short, et al., 2009; N.N. Beniaeva, 2010; Yu.M. Kharitonov et al., 2014].

MALABSORBTION SYNDROME AS A FACTOR OF EVALUATION OF ASPIRINORESISTENCE IN PATIENTS WITH FIBRILLATION OF PRECURITIES AT THE BACKGROUND OF CHD AND COPD
Abstract
Diseases of the heart and blood vessels are the main cause of disability and death worldwide (Brownwood heart disease, 7th edition, 2004). According to the estimates of the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 15 million people die of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) each year because of coronary heart disease (CHD) - about half of this figure. It should be noted that aspirin remains the most topical drug of this group with proven effectiveness (a joint meta-analysis of randomized studies of antiplatelet therapy and stroke in high-risk patients, 2002) and economic benefits over many years. However, in some patients, the mechanism of action, including inhibition of platelet cyclooxygenase and inhibition of thromboxane A2 (TxA2) formation, is ineffective, so the effect of aspirin disaggregation in these patients is not available (Catella-Lawson F. et al., 2001, Eikelboom JW et al. , 2002).

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH TO TREATMENT OF SECONDARY OSTEOARTHROSIS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Abstract
In recent years, in pathogenesis, both RA and OA, much attention has been paid to cytokines. One of the leading is IL-1. Therefore, the use of an interleukin-1 inhibitor in the complex treatment of secondary osteoarthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis against a background of basic therapy is pathogenetically justified.

CLINICAL AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SELF-ADHESIVE COMPOSITE IN THE TREATMENT OF CARIES GRADE II ON BLACK
Abstract
The paper presents the results of a study of marginal adapta-tion Composite - that when filling the contact surfaces of posterior teeth. Scan-ning electron microscopy and micro-fluorescent SpectroColorimetry of enamel carried out laboratory studies. Standard methods of restoration not provide her-metically sealing enamel on the proximal surface of cavity, which is confirmed by the clinical method developed by us observes. For the first time filling class II Black by self-adhesion flow composite Vertise Flow based on clinical and labora-tory studies provide qualitative edge adhesion and adhesion of the composite.
