IMPACT ON THE CLINICAL FEATURES OF TYPE 2 DIABETES ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION CORRECTION USING AGOMELATINE

Kravchenko A.Y., Chernov A.V., Sahnenko V.V., Suleymanova L.S.

Abstract

The anxiety and depressive disorders correction using agomelatine was carried out in order to explore the possibility to improve the clinical course of type 2 diabetes in 94 patients within 1 month. With the help of HADS found significant decrease in the degree of anxiety and depression from 10 days of treatment. Patients treated with agomelatine, noted a more rapid and significant improvement in clinical symptoms of diabetes and carbohydrate metabolism compensation.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DYNAMICS OF LABORATORY FINDINGS IN PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND THEIR ASSOCIATIONS IN THE RELAPSE AND REMISSION PHASES

Lutsky M.A., Zemskov A.M., Lushnikova Y.P., Smelyanets M.A.

Abstract

The article gives an analysis of a number of parameters indicating that there cannot be any isolated disorders in a human organism. Immune system abnormalities are closely related to nervous and endocrine regulations of functions. Immunopathology, in its turn, is associated with metabolic disorders, which finally lead to additional complications. There exists a real capacity in a patient’s organism to influence the immune status by means of biochemical parameters and vice versa. All these aspects are analyzed in the given article.

THE NEW ASPECTS OF THE ENAMEL ULTRA STRUCTURE AND OBTAINED A NEW DENTAL NANO COMPOSITE

Shumilovich B.R., Kunin D.A., Starodubtsev V.G., Krasavin V.N.

Abstract

Caries is the most wide-spread human sickness of the world. The results of researches devoted the diagnostic, treatment and prophylaxis of pathology and recurrence pathology of hard teeth tissues is the so important for all dentists and patients. The most prevalent method of caries treatment is the direct composite (resin) restoration of cavity decay. The next important problem in direct composite restoration is edge adaptation of different composites because there are not the chemical connections between the composite and human enamel and dentine. It has been proved the existence of a previously unknown structural of enamel, so-called enamel tunnels and enamel bridges, by studying enamel ultra structure using atomic force microscopy (Solver P47 device). The surface of enamel was estimated by four criteria’s - phase, cross section, topography and 3D reconstruction. The two morphological conditions of enamel hydroxyapatites was indicated - nano crystal and poly crystal forms. Based on the new understanding of the microstructure of the enamel by means of heterophase and homophase doping with water mix of carbon nano tubes, micro filled hybrid composite material it was obtained a new dental nano composite, the application of which, after appropriate clinical tests can significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment caries in preventing its recurrence. We used the two kinds of doping - surface and volume. It has been proved the existence of new composite properties, by studying composite surfaces and ultra structure using scanning electron microscopy (Jeol device).

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF CASES OF SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF KIDNEY

Madykin Y.Y., Zolotuhin O.V., Zubkova E.V.

Abstract

Kidney injury is one of the urgent conditions in urology, requiring urgent treatment and diagnostic measures and adoption of doctor decisions about treatment. Spontaneous rupture of kidney in clinical practice are rare. The most common cause of spontaneous kidney rupture this tumor diseases. In the diagnosis of this condition, you must use all the available instrumental research methods in dynamics. When a stable condition of the patient and unclear due to spontaneous rupture of kidney from emergency surgery to abstain. However, if a patient arrives with symptoms of threatening internal bleeding associated with rupture of the kidneys require urgent surgery.

ANALYSIS OF PROTEIN AND LIPID FREE-RADICAL OXIDATION PROCESSES IDENTIFYING OXIDATIVE STRESS IN DIFFERENT CLINICAL FORMS OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Lutsky M.A., Razinkin K.A., Lushnikova Y.P., Smelyanets M.A.

Abstract

The article gives a detailed analysis of protein and lipid free-radical oxidation processes identifying oxidative stress in Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS) and Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS). The findings obtained in the course of the study make it possible to verify the presence of two factors in the oxidative stress development, namely: the intensification of free-radical oxidation (FRO) processes and the functional imbalance in the enzymatic and nonenzymatic segments of the antioxidant defense system (ADS) in PPMS and SPMS. The understanding of the complex pathogenesis of Multiple Sclerosis guarantees an effective and potentially productive therapy for such a severe disease of the nervous system.

MARKERS OF CELL PROLIFERATION Ki-67 AND ANTI-APOPTOSIS BCL-2 IN GUNSHOT INJURIES

Bavykin D.V., Bachmetyev V.I.

Abstract

The expression of immunohistochemical markers of proliferative activity of Ki-67 and anti-apoptosis Bcl-2 in gunshot injuries, which are less than 1 hour. Shows significant differences in the level of expression of antigens for different types at the same old injury. Proposed to use the expression level of anti-apoptosis and proliferation markers as additional criteria in determining the remoteness of gunshot injuries.

AGE-SPECIFIC CLINICAL FEATURES OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Bykova V.A., Chernysh N.A., Zarubaeva J.S.

Abstract

The results of monitoring of 148 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with the different ages of onset. Identified clinical features of MS in early, typical and late age of onset. Showing the more favorable characteristics of the disease for the onset in childhood and adolescence, and less favorable for the onset of over 45 years with relapsing-remitting course of MS in comparison with a typical-age onset of the disease.
