Following Smisheki clinico-psychologic examination of character accentuation the majority of patients were revealed to have demonstrative type of character. Dependence of accentuation type upon revealed clinical typology affective disorders was also considered. In anxiety condition in premorbid condition demonstrative and getting stuck of character accentuation prevailed . Depressive state with prevalence of melancholy were more often developed in persons with prevalence of disthymic, demonstrative, pedantic features in premorbid. Adynamic depression was more often met in persons with emotive, cyclothimic, getting stuck premorbid features.</abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Мясищев В.
