The aim of the work was to assess the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections, influenza and community-acquired pneumonia in the Voronezh region among different age groups for the period 2016-2020. Form No. 2 of Rosstat was used as research materials. The incidence of acute respiratory viral infections, influenza, community-acquired pneumonia among different age groups of the population of the Voronezh region was analyzed. During the study period, the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections, influenza and community-acquired pneumonia in the population of the Voronezh region showed multidirectional trends in different age groups. In different age groups, multidirectional correlations were established between the incidence rates of acute respiratory viral infections, influenza and community-acquired pneumonia. The main risk group for all these nosological forms until 2020 were children from 0 to 6 years old. In 2020, there was a sharp rise in the incidence of community-acquired pneumonia in adults, which was associated with the emergence of a new coronavirus infection.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute respiratory viral infections</kwd><kwd>influenza</kwd><kwd>community-acquired pneumonia</kwd><kwd>morbidity</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>adolescents</kwd><kwd>adults</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ОРВИ</kwd><kwd>грипп</kwd><kwd>внебольничная пневмония</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>подростки</kwd><kwd>взрослые</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Селькова Е.П., Калюжин О.В.
