A cluster of the most characteristic symptoms present in patients who have undergone COVID-19 has been identified. The features of the delayed effect of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 on the adult heart were studied on the basis of magnetic resonance imaging of the heart with contrast enhancement. An algorithm for selecting patients with suspected heart disease after COVID-19 for in-depth examination is proposed.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>myocarditis</kwd><kwd>cardiac MRI</kwd><kwd>myocardial injury</kwd><kwd>postcovid syndrome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>МРТ сердца</kwd><kwd>повреждение миокарда</kwd><kwd>вирус-ассоциированное поражение миокарда</kwd><kwd>постковидный синдром</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Clinical course and risk factors for mortality of adult inpatients with COVID-19 in Wuhan, China: a retrospective cohort study.
