One of the methods for hemogram integral evaluation is the calculation of human leukogram entropy. The values of absolute and relative leukogram entropy of patients with coronavirus infection at admission and discharge were studied in comparison with normal (reference) values. The change in entropy was assessed as a maladaptive state of the organism. A significant increase in these indicators was found in dynamics (at admission, the absolute entropy was 1.16 ± 0.26 and at discharge 1.30± 0.20; the relative entropy was 50.11±11.25% and 56.17± 8.73%, respectively, p &lt;0.01). The dependence between leukogram entropy and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (r=-0.16, p&lt;0.05) was revealed. Thus, the information leukogram entropy allows, along with other laboratory indicators, to apply it in clinical practice as methods for assessing the severity of Covid-19 disease.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Covid-19</kwd><kwd>entropy</kwd><kwd>leukocyte blood count</kwd><kwd>Covid-19</kwd><kwd>human leukogram entropy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>энтропия</kwd><kwd>лейкоцитарная формула крови</kwd><kwd>информационная энтропия лейкоформулы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Барановская И.Б., Самохина О.Ф., Сысоев И.П.
