Hemangiomas occupy the first place in the frequency of occurrence among benign neoplasms in children. It should be clinically identified infantile hemangiomas, consisting mainly of immature endothelium of the vessels, which can be treated with non-selective β-adrenoblockers. Therefore, the selection of patients should be thorough and considered. The article reflects the experience of complex treatment of 13 patients with infantile hemangiomas of the face and neck. All have achieved an improvement in the local status and there are no serious complications.
