Two identical independent samples of patients of this group of diseases were formed. During the examination, "highly specific" and "low-specific" clinical symptoms were identified. Algorithms for diagnosing and treating this class of diseases have been developed. During the implementation of this study, clinical, x-ray and arthroscopic patterns of internal disturbances of the temporomandibular joint of post-traumatic genesis were determined. Cases that are not verified radiographically, can now be resolved by arthroscopic diagnosis.
