In recent years, residents of many developed countries are concerned about the possible risks of using so-called "transgenic" products, which leads to lower immunity in humans. Human health largely depends on the intake of food with various harmful substances of technogenic origin. They include pesticides, mycotoxins, toxic elements, antibiotics, nitrates, nitrosamine, hormones, histamine, etc. All these substances negatively affects the human body. Remains actual and a problem of remote consequences of influence of Chernobyl disaster on human health. Radioactive isotopes (strontium, cesium) enter the body with food of plant and animal origin and accumulate in various organs.
