The findings obtained in the course of the study make it possible to verify the presence of two factors in the oxidative stress development, namely: the intensification of free-radical oxidation (FRO) processes and the functional imbalance in the enzymatic and nonenzymatic segments of the antioxidant defense system (ADS) in PPMS and SPMS.
