Gorkiy1512201144353925042020Copyright © 2011, Научно-медицинский вестник Центрального Черноземья2011By the purpose of this investigation was the study of the effectiveness concomitant use of trans-cranial magnetotherapy (TkMt) and trans-cranial electrical stimulation (TkES) by apparatus «AMO-ATOS-E» in comparison with the sequential application of the same factors for treating the cognitive functions in those sick endured stroke. In a study were switch oned 45 patients in the early reducing period of stroke at the age from 45 to 65 years (average age 56±1,2 years), of them 21 man and 24 women (46,7% and 53,3% respectively); 25 patients - basic group even 20 patients inspection team. The estimation of neurologic status and neuropsychological testing during the 1st and 15th day of a stay in the department was conducted. For evaluating the cognitive functions the following tests and the questionnaires were used: MMSE, the test of the drawing of hours and the battery of frontal tests. As showed the results of a study the application concomitant use of TkMt and TkES from the apparatus «AMO-ATOS-3» it contributed to a reliable improvement in the cognitive functions in comparison with the sequential application of the same factors, namely, the difference of average summary indices in the neuropsychological tests of the compared groups comprised: MMSE - 2,0±1,15 of mark, the test of the drawing of hours - 1,1±0,12 of mark, the battery of frontal tests - 1,7±0,17 of mark. It is not revealed in 20% of patients after the carried out treatment of cognitive disturbances.
