Cohort of 83 patients (36% of men, 64% of women; the age of 53±1,2 of year) it was inspected into the 1st and 21 day of the presence in the hospital. Diagnostics GAD, depressions also of cognitive disturbances was conducted taking into account clinical and neuropsychological methods (HDRS-21, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, MMSE). With the primary inspection they were diagnosed: low anxiety - in 16% of patients, the moderate anxiety - in 20%, high anxiety - in 64%. Patients with the depressions and the cognitive disturbances on the criteria of exception did not enter into this work. To all entered the study by patient was assigned tranquilizer Grandaxin (firm EGIS) at the daily dose of 100 mH (on 1 tablet in the morning and in the daytime) during 3 of weeks. With the repeated inspection were revealed the following indices GAD: low anxiety - in 33% of patients, the moderate anxiety - in 28%, high anxiety - in 11%. Thus, with the analysis of obtained data it is evident that a quantity of patients with the high level of anxiety decreased by 53%; a quantity of patients with the moderate and low level of anxiety increased by 8% and 17% respectively, since. these patients passed of the cohort of those investigated with the higher degrees of anxiety. Therefore we can speak about the sufficiently high anxiolytic effectiveness of Grandaxin in patients with the post-stroke generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). As far as the profile of safety of its application (influence on the cognitive functions) in patients with the post-stroke GAD alarming disorder is concerned, Grandaxin did not show negative action.</abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>постинсультное генерализованное тревожное расстройство</kwd><kwd>инсульт</kwd><kwd>тревога</kwd><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>когнитивные нарушения</kwd><kwd>грандаксин</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back/></article>
