The patient's unwillingness to receive a large number of drugs, their high cost, ineffectiveness of hypolipidemic, planned hypotensive, disaggregant, hypoglycemic therapy of comorbid pathology for the purpose of individual prevention of ischemic stroke / myocardial infarction due to irregular drug intake led to the formation of generalized atherosclerosis, hemodynamically significant atherosclerosis of the right femoral, both popliteal arteries, right internal carotid artery, failure to achieve the target level Blood pressure, the appearance and progression of CHF.
