Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the computer gaming system of training using bio-controlled car racing. In the structure of the information system provided for sensing heart rate and respiration. Bio-controlled game can be used in sports practice to prepare for competition. Besides having a rehabilitation component, the game can be used in integrated treatment of various psychosomatic patients. The implementation of the game story creates stressinducing state that in the course of the game should be tackled by changing the parameters of biological feedback, visible on the playing screen Moni-tor. Algorithms have been proposed to assess the success and effectiveness of spend-direct training for the two game strategies: with the implementation of and success with implementation of the avoidance of failure.

Researched information, clinical, semantic, quantitative, linguistic, and stylistic aspects of the main clinical symptoms of diseases as objects for the information system. The analysis allowed to develop the algorithm of formalization of individual characteristics for systems management and processing of clinical information. With the help of the developed algorithm is created a clinical database of symptoms, allowing the realization to soviat various models and algorithms for solution of applied tasks aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of medical-diagnostic process, organizational of medical practice and training of medical professionals.
