Abstract

An informational and educational model of interagency cooperation has been scientifically substantiated and developed in terms of the formation of a preventive environment in educational institutions in the territory of the Voronezh region, which involves combining the efforts of the education system, healthcare, the public and special structures involved in solving health problems. The implementation of the project in the educational process has brought positive results in the formation of children's skills of maintaining and strengthening health, and has led to the reassessment by children of their lifestyle in connection with a change in their ideas about a healthy lifestyle and its role in maintaining health.

Abstract

This article reveals the hygienic aspects of the formation of visual impairment in students of educational institutions, the causes of their occurrence. The causes of visual impairment in school-age children are shown, as well as ways to improve preventive work. The study proved that 46% of respondents suffer from various visual impairment, which are associated with genetic predisposition and failure to prevent eye fatigue schoolchildren. RESULTS OF EVALUATION OF SCHOOL MEALS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF SAMARA

Abstract

The diet plays an important role in the development of children and provides an optimal level of the body's response to the influence of various exogenous factors. A special role is played by the usefulness of the diet during the period of children's education in school, due to the need to prevent the negative impact of factors in the educational environment. The analysis of the school diet in 57 educational organizations of the city of Samara was carried out, during which the nutritional value and nutrition structure were analyzed separately for single and double meals. It is shown that a single school meal was characterized by an excess content of high-carbohydrate products, and the nutritional value of a double meal included an excess of protein and fat components. It is necessary to optimize the monitoring of nutrition in educational institutions and timely detection of children with eating disorders in order to prevent the development of alimentary-dependent diseases.

The authors analyzed the number of patients among children aged 0-14 years with a diagnosis established for the first time in their life. A 15.3% increase in cases was detected in 2008-2018. Since nutrition plays an important role in the prevention of diseases, the authors developed a new type of bread from germinated flax seeds (flax) for a healthy snack in the school diet.

The article is devoted to assessing the individual health of students, determining the biological age. The determination of the biological age of students was carried out by the method of V.P. Voitenko. Health assessment was carried out according to the questionnaire, the results of physiological indicators and biological age. For questioning, the questionnaire “Subjective Health Assessment” was used. The study participants were divided into two groups: boys and girls. Processing of the obtained data was carried out using the Excel program. In conclusion, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the two groups by biological age.

The results of population studies of the actual nutrition of the adolescent population showed a tendency to reduce the energy intensity of diets due to the change in the traditional pattern of food consumption. The average daily consumption of carbohydrates by adolescents has been reduced by 40% compared to physiological standards due to a decrease in the diet of bread, bakery products, vegetables that caused decrease in vitamin Е and В2 twice at boys and by 2.7 times at girls respectively. Marked imbalance of basic food substances due to increased consumption of sausage products with reduced consumption of milk and milk products.
