Kovalenko I.V.

Abstract

The article presents the results of studies of the effect of liquids with positive and negative redox potential for the development and severity of anaphylactic shock. The study was performed on 40 rabbits sensitized for a month horse serum. After the introduction of isotonic sodium chloride solution, the anolyte, catholyte or prednisolone animals were injected with a dose of antigen resolution. During the experiment, the following parameters were recorded: ECG, heart rate, respiratory rate, pupil response, motor activity, general behavioral responses were evaluated, and the severity of anaphylactic shock. Statistical analysis of the data revealed the following results: mortality of animals caused by myocardial infarction, the introduction of the catholyte aggravates anaphylactic shock and destroys the rhythm of the heart, the action of the anolyte similar to the action of isotonic sodium and does not cause significant changes in the development of anaphylactic shock, administration of prednisolone completely prevents mortality and contributes to a more mild course of anaphylaxis.

LONG-TERM RESULTS OF SURGERY IN PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS-NEGATIVE

Savelyev V.V., Velikaia O.V.

Abstract

The analysis of the occurrence of multidrug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR- ILO) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis -negative, and the evaluation of the sensitivity and specificity of polymerase chain reaction (PCR real time) to determine the DNA Office of surgical specimens from these patients. Revealed a significantly greater efficacy of this method compared to the standard, as well as molecular genetic methods of detection of the pathogen in the sputum. The study showed the presence of more than a third of patients without bacterial isolation, the so-called latent MDR, which led to a drastic change of chemotherapy regimen, and the inability to determine in these patients DST Office, guided only by clinical and radiological data. Surgeries conducted in diagnostic patients, as well as reducing the time of chemotherapy before surgery in patients with a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis approved-negative do not lead to deterioration of the prognosis of the disease compared with patients receiving long-term empirical chemotherapy, and can reduce treatment time and keep working capacity.
